Document the delivery

Photograph packaging and visible damage before discarding anything. Keep labels, invoice, protective inserts and small supplied pieces. If the packaging is wet or crushed, record that without exposing your address in a public review.

Compare without modification

Compare the part number, mounting points, connector, orientation and dimensions with your order and the old part. Confirm the included kit contents and any disclosed used-part defects. Do not drill, grind, energise, pressure-test or fit a part solely to discover whether it matches.

Raise a private issue promptly

Use the order’s return/support action for damage, missing parts or a fitment mismatch. Attach clear photographs and explain the difference. Follow the seller’s return instructions and marketplace policy; do not post phone numbers, addresses or payment details in public reviews.

Review after useful experience

After a delivered purchase, open Reviews & reminders in your customer panel to describe the actual part, seller description, packing and your experience. Separate a verified observation from a mechanic’s diagnosis. Honest critical reviews are welcome and are moderated under the same rules as positive feedback.

General owner-care guidance. Follow the instructions for your actual assembly and replacement part. Stop if the fitting, condition or required specification is uncertain. Use a qualified mechanic for safety-critical systems or uncertain fitment.
